Newcastle United are thought to have won the race for a 15 year old dubbed the next Wayne Rooney. Director of football Dennis Wise, is said to have brokered the deal for 15 year old Aaron Spear of Plymouth. The deal could rise to around 1 million pounds with installments being paid depending on appearances.
